What Is Laser Facial Hair Bleaching?
Laser facial hair bleaching is a gentle treatment that lightens dark, fine facial hair so it is less noticeable. It does not remove the hair. It changes the colour of the hair so it blends in.
It works by oxidizing the melanin in the hair. Melanin is the pigment that gives hair its colour. When it is oxidized, the hair becomes lighter.
This is especially useful for fine vellus hair, also called peach fuzz. It can be treated on the upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, full face, neck and décolleté.
